Current opportunities

If you are currently working in the local food industry or community sector and want to learn more about what we do and how to get involved, get in touch and we can arrange a call or visit.

Interested in community food growing? We are looking for people to join the ‘Arun Community Growers’ where we are building a network of like-minded people interested in growing food as part of a team. Visit our Facebook page to find out more.

We are currently looking for people to help form a new community growing group in Midhurst – more information below.

 Volunteer roles

Interested in volunteering with a local food project? Get in touch and we can help match you with an opportunity.

Join the new Midhurst Community Growers as a volunteer or trustee and make a difference to your community!

We are planning to undertake community growing in one or more sites in the Chichester and Arun Districts area, including Midhurst, and need to form a formal body for this. We have people interested in growing, organisations who would like to work with us and access to growing spaces but want to grow the network and bring more people on board.

Community growing will help to provide free fresh fruit and vegetables for the community, as well as helping people learn new skills, meet new people, enjoy gentle exercise and have social opportunities around food. Please contact us at hello@arunchifood.org.uk or call Regi on 07483 172 353 to have a chat about getting involved.
